AmeriDesigned ("we", "us") builds websites for small businesses. This page explains what information we collect through ameridesigned.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact details you send us: your name, email, phone number, business name and anything you write when you fill in a form on this site, email us, or message us on WhatsApp.
- Project details: the content, photos and business information you give us so we can build your website.
- Payment information: when you pay a deposit or invoice online, the payment is handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We receive confirmation of the payment, but we never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data: like most websites, we collect basic information such as your IP address, browser, device type and the pages you visit, through our hosting provider and Google Analytics.
How we use your information
- To reply to your questions and send quotes.
- To build, deliver and support your website.
- To take payments and keep business records.
- To understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it.
- To send you updates about your project, and occasional news if you asked for it. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, to measure visits and keep the site working well. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:
- Our web host (Hostinger), which stores the site and form submissions.
- Google (Analytics and Search Console), for site statistics.
- Stripe, for payment processing.
- Email and messaging providers, including WhatsApp, for communication with you.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you messages. Contact us and we will respond as soon as we can.
Children
Our services are for businesses. This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Links to other sites
Our site links to social networks and to websites we have built for clients. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
